Boundary Walls

Drywalling & Plastering
Two of the most common forms of interior wall materials are plaster and drywall. Drywall is made out of softer material called gypsum which doesn’t crack. Sheets of it are nailed into the wooden studs when finishing the interior of a house. Plaster, on the other hand, dries much harder than drywall, and is more labor-intensive and expensive.
Ceiling or Skim Plastering
'Skimming' or 'skim plastering' can be seen as one method used to plaster a wall. The method of skimming entails plastering with a layer of thin coat and is usually applied to a wall with existing plaster, in order to smooth the surface area.
Minor Demolitions
Demolition in the construction sector means the bringing down of buildings and other structures that are load-bearing or otherwise related to the physical integrity of the structure. Demolition needs to be planned as carefully as any other construction process. Downpipes have a tendency to become blocked when debris such as leaves and twigs accumulate. To prevent this, they should be properly maintained, and are usually attached to a building using brackets which can be easily removed for cleaning if necessary.

Broken pipes are one of the leading causes of water destruction in homes, and nearly every homeowner will experience a pipe burst or leak at some point. Every home contains numerous pipes that can burst or break, including sewage pipes and sinks’ pipes, which can be located in the basement, interior or exterior walls, underground or ceilings. Regardless of where the pipe is found, it’s crucial to fix broken pipes quickly to prevent water damage and mildew or mold growth.
